Check details before you act
Venues, academies, pools, clubs and organisers change their timings, fees, rules and facilities often. We do not publish details we cannot confirm, and even confirmed details can change. Always check with the venue or organiser before you travel, pay or enter an event.
No bookings or sales
Kota Sports does not take bookings, admissions, tournament entries or orders, and does not sell equipment. Any agreement you make with a venue, academy, coach, shop or organiser is between you and them.

Training plans, drills and home practice
Some guides include training plans, warm-up routines and drills that can be done at home. They are general examples for healthy players, not individual programmes. You are responsible for choosing a safe space and surface, using suitable equipment, supervising children, and stopping if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. Check with a doctor or qualified coach before starting a new plan if you have a health condition, an injury or any doubt.
