Privacy policy

This policy explains how Kota Sports (kotasports.com) handles information. Last updated: 15 October 2026.

Information we collect

  • Contact form: the name, email address and message you send us. We use these only to read and reply to your message.
  • Usage data: our hosting and network providers keep basic technical logs (such as pages requested, browser type and approximate region) to keep the site running and secure. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful.
  • Cookies: the site does not need cookies to work. Third-party services, if any are embedded in future, may set their own.

Kota Sports no longer offers user accounts, comments, a question board, newsletters or an online shop. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

To reply to messages, fix errors you report, improve our guides and keep the site secure.

Former accounts and shop

Earlier versions of this site offered user accounts and an online shop. Those features have closed. If you had an account or placed an order and want to ask about data held from that time, please contact us.

Our guides link to official websites, federations and other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies; please review them when you click through.

Your choices

You can browse Kota Sports without sharing any personal details. To ask us to delete a message you sent, use the contact page or write to info@kotasports.com.

Children

Kota Sports is written for players of all ages and their parents, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents can contact us to remove any message a child has sent.

Please do not send sensitive details

The contact form is for corrections, questions and feedback about our guides. Please do not send medical records, identity documents, bank or payment details, passwords, or detailed personal information about children. We do not need them to answer questions about sport in Kota, and we will delete messages that contain them. For medical questions about an injury, please speak to a doctor or physiotherapist.
